I've been working in the family business for more than 5 years now, handling payroll and VAT for our small business clients. This means I receive lots of information from clients, which I then process so that staff and HMRC are informed and paid on time.

I'm also a qualified bookkeeper and a large part of my job is keeping client records in order throughout the year so that their annual accounts can be prepared quickly before the tax year-end.
